When will my order(s) ship?

Due to an influx of orders, you may experience shipping delays. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Orders are shipped Fridays before 12pm MST.  All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following ship date. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated. 

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 4-5 extra days for order processing but up to 14 days due to the sales.

Pre-orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days from the date of product arrival. Pre-orders will be available during a specific time period only.

Note: Orders placed with pre-order items will be shipped when pre-orders arrive and the entire order shipped together.

Domestic Shipping

Flat rate standard shipping within Canada, with exceptions to the provinces below.  

Free standard domestic shipping (within Canada; exceptions may apply) on all online orders over $150, before applied discounts and applicable taxes. The cost for shipping will automatically be deducted at checkout for eligible orders. This offer does not apply to orders being shipped to Nunuvut, Yukon or the North West Territories.

International Shipping 

Flat rate standard shipping within the United States.

International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout via Canada Post.

Free standard shipping to the United States on all online orders over $150, before applied discounts and applicable taxes. The cost for shipping will automatically be deducted at checkout for eligible orders.

Shop Paruparo is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or any packages that are held in customs.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permittable if the item(s) is/are received in poor or damaged condition. This must be reported within 10 business days from delivery date. All sales are final, no refunds are permitted. 

Exchanges MUST be accompanied with an authorized Exchange number provided by a customer support team member.

Merchandise may not be worn, altered, or washed. Please be mindful of make up, tanning products, and deodorant as we will not accept garments that have stains from trying on. All exchanges are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your exchange if your return does not meet these requirements. *We recommend shipping your exchange with tracking (and insurance) to ensure it makes it back to us, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund on your item(s). Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return.

*Shipping costs for exchanges incurred is the responsibility of the customer. 

Lost Packages

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you.  We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package.

Additional Information

Promotional offers/codes provided off-site are not considered an online sale as they require discount codes applied at checkout. Sale items will be deducted and displayed as the reduced price in our sale section. 

Electronic gift card codes cannot be combined with other promotional codes. Electronic gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash value, eligible on items online only and do not expire. Only one code entry permitted.
